Ello ello, how are we all doing? Did you know I ran the Great South Run? I think I did a very good job of keeping it quiet 😉 First it was Greggsland a few weeks back and now it was time to tackle the Navy Capital of England!
Are ya alreet, pet? If you are one of the unlucky ones who follows me on any kind of social media you may have seen I’ve been spamming A LOT about my run in GNR. I am not even sorry either. What went down in Greggsland was pure belta.
The TL;DR on the ‘Lockdown Marathon’ is my coach gave me a… talking to… and thus it was “shit canned” (Rikki James). So the only way to make up for this is to update you extensively on my track season this year. You may celebrate.

What the frick qualifies a jumped up 5K runner to talk about marathons? I’ve actually run one. Yep, I ran Loch Ness Marathon this year with my mum (9 time marathoner) and I learned a lot.
